Welcome to Barcelona Adventures! When I think about Barcelona, Spain I think about the beach and the sea! Barcelona has some great beach areas where you can do all sorts of things! You can play volleyball, relax in the sun and get a tan, enjoy a drink and listen to some music, have a swim in the sea and so on. The post of today will be mostly about Mar Bella beach in Poblenou, Barcelona.

In this picture you can see the different beaches located in Barcelona, Sant Sebastia is located next to the "W" hotel and from there on all the beaches are next to each other. Some beaches are more popular by young people whereas others are more popular by some older people! The beaches in Barcelona are all sand beaches!
In front of the Mar Bella beach there is a skate-park where you can skateboard and this is crowded almost every day from the morning till the night! It is really nice to see, on the boulevard you will always see people walking, running, skateboarding and more. I always get so happy from just even walking here because the energy and the atmosphere is so great.

Between the Mar Bella beach and Bogatell there is a cool place where you can do all sorts of nice activities. As you can see in the picture you can hire supplies to Paddlesurf, Kitesurf, Surf, Kayak and Catamaran. the prices for all are different and are not the cheapest but I can assure you that it is amazing to try and it is definitely worth the money.

The picture above is taken from Mar Bella beach, who doesn't like this view. When I walk home from my internship I like to walk on or next to the beach. This is so peaceful and you can just forget the world a little bit.

This last picture is a panorama taken from the beach, it gives an idea of how beautiful this place is! I just really love the beach, although I am working here I feel like I am on a holiday everyday. If you are visiting Barcelona You just have to pay a visit to the beach and experience how nice it is.
